Imagination
Poster

The Imagination piece was created based off of my perception on my imagination: a crazy fever dream in a different world.

Design wise, I focused on two main things: chaos and fun. To truly achieve the discombobulated mess of my imagination, I integrated the dada style as well as integrating bursts of bright, warm colors splashing around the page. No exact point of emphasis was added in order to maintain the idea of craziness.

Faint lines of green between the two main figures were added to note the world of creativity and my process of creating were connected.

A Snake Spilling
SSSecrets
Upcycle Project
The Upcycle piece was based of the idea of creating a piece that was gallery ready from the materials around the house.
Using an old shoe box, zipper, buttons, and magazine papers, I came up with the idea of creating a snake. In terms of making sure the image of the snake was clear, I added emphasis by only colorizing the tongue.

Also wanting to find away to incorporate the sound of a snake, I came up with the pun, "A Snake Spilling SSSecrets".

Blessing Collection
Advertisement
The Blessing Collection ad was created to promote the earrings I were to sell for the Holiday Sale at school.

Structuring the information of the product based on the importance were the priority when questioning where each piece of information were to be placed. In this case, I decided to place my logo big and bold at the very top of the page, and the product images and info. staggered throughout the bottom.

For overall aesthetic of the poster, I stuck with incorporating my design style: simple and modern.

Attack Of The Cavity
Poster
The Attack Of The Cavity piece was created from the idea of creating a fun poster based off of a struggle. In this case, I wanted to showcase my struggle of having weak teeth (hence making me more susceptible to cavities).

Design wise, I antagonized the idea of the cavity by playing with size, having it cover most of the page (to convey the feeling of scary). Red was also used as it correlates to the color symbolization of danger.

With the overall cartoon-style, exaggerated look of the piece, this poster was created to give the message about seeing more of the positive side of things despite the challengers that may come.

Ouioui
Packaging Design

Ouioui is a packaging design piece in regards to what it would look like if I had a skincare brand.
As my style is comprised of playing with geometric shapes, and having a modern/simple feel, I utilized such in terms of identifying the aesthetic of the brand.

Working in skincare, I figured keeping a nude color scheme would fit best. Including splashes with bright warm colors would then help emphasize certain areas of the product.

Overall, the brand was designed to target towards teens, highlighting fun and easy use.

Adobe Dimension
